MONTEREY, Calif. – May 11, 2013 – Extreme Speed Motorsports set high expectations this weekend for the American Le Mans Monterey at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. But road course gremlins seemed to haunt the two-car team from Florida. At the end of Saturday’s four-hour event, ESM finished in third and fourth in the American Le Mans Series P2 class.
STUART, Fla., Monday, May 6, 2013 – The Extreme Speed Motorsports (ESM) team looks to build on the race-winning momentum it set less than a month ago in a return to California for the American Le Mans Monterey, the third race of the 2013 American Le Mans Series (ALMS) presented by Tequila Patrón.
ESM made team history in Long Beach when both the No. 01 and No. 02 Tequila Patrón Honda Performance Development (HPD) ARX-03b racing machines finished on the podium. Scott Sharp and Guy Cosmo earned their first win of the season as Johannes van Overbeek and Ed Brown earned their first podium in second place.
LONG BEACH, Calif., Saturday, April 20, 2013 – A short two months after transitioning into the purpose-built Honda Performance Development (HPD) ARX-03b racing machines, Extreme Speed Motorsports (ESM) earned its first P2 victory and first team 1-2 finish today.
Scott Sharp and Guy Cosmo, co-drivers of the No. 01 Tequila Patrón HPD ARX-03b won Saturday’s Tequila Patrón American Le Mans Series at Long Beach. Ed Brown and Johannes van Overbeek, co-drivers of the No. 02 Tequila Patrón HPD ARX-03b finished second.
LONG BEACH, Cali., Friday, April 19, 2013 – The Extreme Speed Motorsports (ESM) team, armed with two Tequila Patrón-sponsored Honda Performance Development (HPD) ARX-03bs, roared through the streets of Long Beach today for the first challenging street course of the season. When the clocks stopped, the ESM machines were locked into the second and third positions for tomorrow’s Tequila Patrón American Le Mans Series at Long Beach.
STUART, Fla., Tuesday, April 16, 2013 – One year ago, the Tequila Patrón-sponsored Extreme Speed Motorsports (ESM) earned its first podium finish of the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) presented by Tequila Patrón season through the challenging streets of Long Beach. This year, ESM has two new P2 racing machines that look to stand on the Long Beach podium.
